my services

Everyone has a different story and therapeutic need. As such, I tailor my work to meet my clients where they are in terms of when, where, how often, and for how long they need my services. I have office hours Sunday to Friday, meet remotely and in person, and have PsyPact for inter-state clientele.

I take a practical and holistic view of mental wellness that incorporates a wide range of strategies, theories, and research accumulated during thirty years of experience. If you have questions about my training and approach, don't hesitate to get in touch with me.
